1) Do you Warm up and Stretch before rehearsals and shows?

2) Do you use good techniques and maintain healthy postures while drumming?

3) Have you re-assessed your stick size and composition in the last 5 years?

4) Do you get routine cardio-vascular exercise?

5) Do you check your gear for damage which can cause injury to yourself and others?

6) Do you drink water during rehearsals and shows?

7) Do you routinely eat a healthy diet?
