About Dr. Daniel Buch
Dr. Daniel Buch (pron. Butch) has over 20 years of health care experience and has been a Doctor of Chiropractic since 1994. He recieved his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology (the physiology of human movement) in 1987 and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1994. His private practice is located in the San Francisco Bay Area's Oakland Hills.

His practice has centered on sports injury care, performance enhancement and medical-legal issues. He is available for consultation and treatment.  His offices are located just a few minutes from the Oakland International Airport.

Dan fractured his back at the age of 15, which later required decompressive spinal surgery. While studying music and physiology at California State University Northridge, he competed as an intercollegiate sprinter.  He was able to turn the negative back injury into a learning experience. "Helping others who have the kind of pain I have experienced is one of my true passions".

Dan has been a guest lecturer on drum related injury and prevention and is has performed research in health care. He co-authored a paper published in
the prestigious Journal "Spine" on June 1, 1999. His love of music and drumming persists as he has continued to perform and record for over 35 years.
